Health & Safety Protocol 

Please be mindful of your fellow attendees by following these public health guidelines:

  1. Bring test kits with you so you can test each morning before you arrive at the conference. 
  2. DO NOT attend if you feel sick or test positive for COVID. 
  3. Masks are welcome but not required. 

Accommodations & Transportation

For those who have yet to book a hotel room, please note that the room blocks at the Best Western and Courtyard Marriott near the conference venue have sold out. Attendees are welcome to reach out to both hotels in case any additional rooms open up due to cancellations or if there are additional rooms available at the standard rate. Please also review the alternate options below:

ABOUT THE VENUE

Ronald Reagan Presidential Library

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum is located on 100 acres in Simi Valley in the county of Ventura, perched on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the one side; and wonderful canyon views to the East side. There is no fee for parking and there will be plenty of directional signage for attendees to locate the conference entrance upon arrival.

TRANSPORTATION

RENTAL CARS 

  • Rental Cars are available at the Los Angeles International Airport and Hollywood Burbank Airport
  • LAX is approximately 50 miles from conference venue/hotels 
  • Burbank Airport is approximately 35 miles from conference venue/hotels 
  • GPS Users: Please note that the conference venue entrance is off of Madera Road. Some GPS devices take drivers to Tierra Rejada – this road does not lead to the Reagan Library. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library's entrance is on Presidential Drive, accessible only from Madera Road.

RIDESHARING/TAXI SRVICES  

  • Uber and Lyft are both available in Simi Valley, CA
